There were a few delays, some caused by the weather, but also some due to workforce problems. However, some of the things I was not happy with were rectified quickly.

Under Floor Heating - Water System
Steve, from Taylor Oak, phoned very promptly and turned up when he said he was. I'm not sure how much he appreciated the challenge of our underfloor heating but he would not be beated by it! He came back on two more occasions to get everything balanced and working at an optimum.
I believe he also fits kitchens and bathrooms and, whilst I have no experience of this (as yet!), I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for that as well as his excellent heating skills

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Ian, Steve and team carried out a complete refurbishment of our main bathroom. We were included in the process from the beginning and they advised us throughout the project to ensure the end result was what we wanted. In fact it exceeded our expectations and since then TaylorOak has completed work on our ensuite and landscaped the front garden. Together we are in the process of redesigning our kitchen and possibly the downstairs cloakroom. We had no hesitation in giving Ian our house keys and he, Steve and the team worked around our daily schedule. As a result of the excellent work completed to our house, TaylorOak have since completed two other projects for our neighbours. I would recommend TaylorOak without out any hesitation.
