We found Technocrates Construction as very reliable and professional contractors. The finished product came within budget and the quality is brilliant. We are very much enjoying our extended newly refurbished house and would like to thank Technocrates for building this for us. Extension

People warned me that when I start my extension expect a lot of mess, dust and noise. I was also warned to watch out for hidden costs and builders not turning up when they're supposed to. Technocrates quote was very competitive. I am now 3 weeks into my extension of a first floor bedroom and extra bathroom. The builders have turned up every day and stayed until the work for that day was done. Sometimes this is way beyond 6pm. They are extremely tidy and clean and are very polite and friendly. I have only paid for the work they have done and this has, so far, been spot on what I was quoted. So far I cannot think of one negative point to say about Technocrates.
