Quote given to us was very fair and competitative with other roofing companies. All the people from the firm were courteous, friendly and hardworking. Excellent time keeping and all the finished work on the roof was photographed and shown to us. Would use the firm again and recommend them to other people.

Despite promises reroofing would be completed quickly, roofers came only odd mornings here & there so it dragged on well over a month. When old roof removed rubble left to fall into loft. They failed to make the roof watertight quickly, so rainwater poured into newly redecorated rooms. They made some effort to repair damage, but haven't returned to finish and walls are stained + peeling paint + mould. Roofers' efforts to repoint chimneys very poor. Scaffolding still hasn't been taken away after 2.5 months.
