Painting & decorating job in PE28

Tony seemed reliable, but my opinion soon changed after a few days. Very slow worker and my neighbours told me that he took long lunches in his van. I was working away and on returning I queried him on the slow pace. He did not take criticism well. He was supposed to provide gloss etc, but I ended up buying it. The job wasn't finished as he said I didn't provide all materials, which he said he would provide. Less than 1 year on, and I need to redo some of it. I would definitely not recommend Tony.
