Here at TPS Design and Build we offer a friendly and courteous service providing Facilities Maintenance, General Repairs and all aspects of Home Improvements. We are committed to completing all works within priority timescales, financial constraints and to a high professional standard. 

To achieve this requires a number of crucial elements based on competent and dedicated staff, a real understanding of customer care, value for money and good old fashion common sense.

Bathrooms job in SE19

I was happy with the work carried out by Terry from TPS design and build. He answered my request quickly and his quote was very reasonable. He was prompt when attending to the job and carried out work in a professional manor. He kept me informed throughout the work he carried out and consulted me when necessary. Terry even took time to take me to B&Q to choose tiles when I ran out. I would use him again and recommend him without reservation. Thank you Terry

Bathrooms job in CR2

Terry did an excellent job refurbishing our new bathroom. He was reliable, keeping in constant communication on progress and any issues that arose. He started early everyday and worked on a Saturday to finish the job. Mess was kept to a minimum and the finished work was completed to a high standard. I would be happy to recommend Terry and would use again for future work.

Building job in RH4

Terry seemed like a good guy, he gave a reasonable quote for a room partition + sundries, and said it would take 6 days. He started well and is clearly a competent builder. On this basis i offered him additional related works which he seemed glad to take on. Then progress slowed, and quality became dubious. In fairness he took feedback on quality well and generally fixed things. But he became increasingly less reliable and it became clear that he wasn't so good at decorating and detail. After 8 weeks he stopped coming back, leaving a badly finished area of plasterwork, some wonky pipework, and some not great paint finishings. Very disappointing overall, and a shame as he's a nice bloke and is clearly capable, but just lacks staying power!
