An appointment to view the job was arranged efficiently but unfortunately no-one turned up. I wasnt told that they would be late they just didnt turn up.
I wasnt contacted to arrange another appointment, they just turned up 3 days later, fortunately I was in. They told me it was a straight-forward job and to expect a quote in the next 3 days. 2 weeks later I dont have a quote. Waiting 2 weeks is OK if thats what they had told me.
I cant rate Quality or Value but the website is forcing me to do so.

The quote they gave me for the work on my roof was quite reasonable given the difficult and dangerous nature of roof work. Communications were good throughout. The work as far as I can as I can see has been done to a high standard, and is guarenteed for ten years. I would highly recomend this company to anyone looking to have roof work done.
