Tiling job in NE63

the quality of the work was ok, but he cancelled a few dates he said he would start work. and he measured for tiling and costed us foe 8 square meterrs of tiling when only 4 was required so he was also dishonest. and he did not finish the job he said he would of putting a trim on the floor tiles
