Mr Underhill visited our home on two occasions and provided a quote to remove old wallpaper and replace with new, we waited after the school holidays for his availability he started the job for 2 hrs on Tuesday 4/9/2012 he explained that the removal of the paper would take longer than he expected so he now wanted to charge a day rate which would have doubled his original estimate, we pointed out that we wished to keep to his original quotation which he refused to do this has caused us a great inconvenience

1. I arrived on Monday and there were no materials provided to work with.
2. Started to remove wallpaper, it had previously been glued and was not coming off very easily.
3. There was a further layer of lining paper than expected to remove.
4. I told the customer it would cost extra labour because of these factors. He refused to pay, so i did no more work, his decision to dis-continue inconveniencing himself and me.
Paint Effects / Mural
We had a extension to our home plus a conservatory built and whilst painting the outside of the house michael pointed out problems with the rendering and broken tiles, these where problems that we would not have seen, we were able to get the builders back out to do the repairs, therefore saving us having further problems in the future.

Mike and Christine we're a real pleasure to work for. very honest and hard working people. I was up against it with the April showers and other misfortunes and they we're very understanding. Hope to do more for them in the future.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Mike did a spendid job. He painted our hall, stairs and landing - all walls and all 12 doors. The change was stunning as the bannisters were painted white - updating the hallway from stained wood to a contemporary feel. A very accommodating and meticulous decorator. The wallpaper on the stairs wall looks like it has been sprayed on!!!! - can't see any joins.
