A fantastic service from start to finish! Very professional friendly guys. Craig took the time to explain everything to us and gave us a choice of products rather than forcing the most expensive on us as workmen tend to do. Arrived to do the job when they said they would, everything was left clean and tidy, even got rid of the 'spiders' for my little boy!! The finished job looks amazing and i can't wait for it to get colder now to have it lit! would recommend urban flame to anyone who wants a job well done at a fair price.
