Loft conversions job in SE13

Worst work we've had done during our whole house renovation. Job: replace a skylight and re-clad loft access. Lowest quality materials used for a real botch job. Screwing into the side of MDF? Inch holes stuffed with filler. Worse still, instead of taking away the old materials they were flung into the loft knocking a pipe loose and causing a massive leak onto the bathroom ceiling. Contacted Vince to complain - he said he'd call but never did. Wouldn't trust him with our home again. Or yours.

Roofing job in N22

I was impressed by the outset with Vince and his approach to completing the job for my roof, I simply thought there would only be one option, turns out there were several, all of which Vince provide both prices and the pros and cons with each option. I was also provided with the details on where he was getting the parts to independently validate the prices - a very open and honest approach, and given roofing is nothing I know about very welcome. The work was complete both well within my overall budget and also very quickly in terms of timescales. Vince clearly knows his stuff in this area which is also endorsed by the gurantee provided for his workmanship (in addition to that supplied with the materials). A great job on the roof and I now have a skylight that is secure, energy efficient and no longer an eye sore. Many Thanks
