Plumbing job in MK5

Two days after fitting shower it started leaking in to the living room, called David said he would come over on Monday after the weekend. Did not show up made further appointment did this several times. Has not turned up or responding to any messages, texts and emails totally ignoring all calls. Was due to come back and repair the lounge celling after making sure no further leaks occur, hence left for 1 to 2 weeks before attending to this. I was stupid enough to pay the full amount in cash assuming I could
