Our Experience

Vital Projects are specialists in Commercial Construction, Refurbishment, Office Fit Out & Dilapidations.

We can supply and fit new partitions, suspended ceilings, decoration, flooring finishes, undertake Mechanical & Electrical / HVAC alterations, including Data Cabling, installing Office Air Conditioning.

We specialise in taking overall Project Management of your job, from producing the initial Design, taking working drawings and specifications through Planning and Building Regs, through the Construction Phase, to a successful handover.  On time, on budget and the highest standards.

We have over 15 years experience delivering high quality projects to a wide range of customers.
