Took detailed measurements for the quote but then took a few days to send the quote in.Very flexible on start date but then had to juggle other work to fit in with my timetable. That meant we had other workers arrive unexpectedly (and then didn't arrive) but Carl kept on top of it all and finished the work himself. The ultimate test - would I use them again? Yes.
