we ask them to rate their tradesperson on Quality, Value and Reliability.
It works just like word of mouth: tradespeople with better ratings grow stronger, more successful businesses,
so a good rating is a real reward for their work. It's important to be honest and fair, and a
tradesperson can reply to any of their ratings.
Customers rate their tradesperson in three ways:
