Would You Like a Garden Bathtub?
We’ve seen bathtubs in bedrooms… if that trend didn’t go far enough, they can now be found at the bottom of the garden. Yes you heard me right, a garden bathtub is the latest must-have; making baths in bedrooms so last season.
People (TV presenters and interior design magazines) now describe the garden as a ‘room’, or an extension of the indoor living space (cue the word ‘flow’). As houses get smaller and the rooms within them begin to epitomise a shoebox, perhaps this move to make the most of our outdoor space is needed simply to compensate for our lack on indoor space.

Perhaps there is a rustic charm about bathing outside. For some, however, this may be a little too risqué. To those people I say worry not! This semi transparent wooden screening could provide the ideal solution for the more modest bather – a semi outdoor/ exposed bathing experience.
If the luxuries of the traditional bathroom (a bathtub) are being shunted into the garden, because there’s just not space for them inside, a screened-off bathing area might become a more common sight.

For those on the go who don’t have time for a bath, but want that outdoor experience, the glass sided shower is the solution for you! This gives the user the thrill of the forest without the: cold, bugs, rain, wind etc., while still experiencing the excitement of being exposed to the great outdoors!
The question is what’s next? Is the privy set to make a return?
