What do you do at RatedPeople.com?
I’m the Chief Operating Officer, I have overall responsibility for developing our product and services for both homeowners and tradesmen.

I’ve been with RatedPeople.com for one year and have spent the previous 10 years at Director level in large customer service operations.

Passionate, energetic and maybe a bit sarcastic.
What’s the best thing about working at RatedPeople.com?
The team. The people here are fantastic, everyone knows we have a really great proposition and everybody is really focused on improving the service to tradesmen and homeowners.
What’s the worst thing about working at RatedPeople.com?
…….. too much facial hair in the office!
What’s your dream home improvement project?
Olympic size swimming pool (but no, I can’t fit one in my house)

Restoring historic buildings
If you could choose a different career what would it be?
International rugby player or fighter pilot.
You’re on the verge of becoming a superstar now after your appearance on Melvyn In the Morning – if you could be a celebrity dead or alive who would it be and why?
I don’t think I’d want to be a celebrity, I just want to be look back on my life and be proud of what I’ve achieved
