Tradesmen could help with winter property audit

Homeowners have been advised to carry out a winter audit on their property – something specialist tradesmen may be able to help with.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Rics) has urged people to consider the state of their home as the cold and wet weather sets in.
