This helps you organise the leads you\u2019re working on, and gives an overview of everything you\u2019ve won.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Done<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Move the lead here once you&#8217;ve done the work, and get back to winning more leads.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve also added tabs for when you couldn\u2019t quote or that job went to someone else \u2013 after all, you can\u2019t win \u2018em all. Just scroll past the &#8216;done&#8217; button to see the extra options.<\/p>\n<p>Now you can get that satisfying feeling of seeing all the jobs that brought money in.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"clear: both\"><h3><strong><br><br>To add a job from outside of Rated People<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It&#8217;s easy, you can do it in 5 steps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"step\">\n  <span class=\"step-txt\">1. Log in to your account and go to &#8216;My Leads&#8217;.<\/span>\n  <span class=\"step-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29312 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ratedpeople.com\/blog\/assets\/2019\/08\/external-leads-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\"><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"step\">\n  <span class=\"step-txt\">2. Click on the three dots in the right-hand corner and select &#8216;Add an external job&#8217;.<\/span>\n  <span class=\"step-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29312 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ratedpeople.com\/blog\/assets\/2019\/08\/external-leads-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\"><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"step\">\n  <span class=\"step-txt\">3. Choose what stage the job&#8217;s at &#8211; whether it&#8217;s new, won (you&#8217;ve got the job and it&#8217;s in progress) or done.<\/span>\n  <span class=\"step-img\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-29311 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ratedpeople.com\/blog\/assets\/2019\/08\/external-leads-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\"><\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"step\">\n  <span class=\"step-txt\">4. Add the customer details.
