It works similarly to WhatsApp. <\/li><li><strong>Call, text or email them <\/strong>\u2013 you can find their phone number and email address in your Leads Tracker on the Trades app or in your leads list if you\u2019re using a laptop\/desktop.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t try all three methods of communicating at once when\nyou\u2019ve bought a lead \u2013 you don\u2019t want to bombard your customer! Try one method\nand if you don\u2019t get a response after a short while, we\u2019d suggest moving onto\nthe next. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Why-might-a-customer-not-let-me-quote\"><strong>Why might a customer not\nlet me quote?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes a homeowner may give the job to someone else, decide that they no longer need the job done, or you just might not be able to reach them because they\u2019ve made an error when they provided their phone number, amongst other reasons. Find out how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ratedpeople.com\/blog\/update-your-rated-people-profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">update your Rated People profile<\/a> on our Trade Advice Centre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Eligible-time-period-for-claiming-credit-back\"><strong>Make sure you\u2019re within the\neligible time period:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You have to wait 48 hours after you\u2019ve bought the lead to submit your claim. During this time, do your best to <a href=\"#How-can-I-contact-the-customer\">get in touch with the homeowner<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All claims must be requested within 30 days of buying the\nlead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to claim credit back, step by step<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"How-to-claim-credit-back\"><strong>How can I claim credit back?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to your Lead Tracker on the Trades app, or on your leads list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. We\u2019ll then do an automatic check to see if your claim is eligible. We put a limit on the amount of leads that you can claim credit back for. This is to help us prevent any undue claims.
