Below is a step by step guide explaining how to get your notifications working properly on both iPhone and Android devices, so you\u2019ll never miss an opportunity to grow and manage your business!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Check that notifications are switched on<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

• Open your Trades app and open the last tab, labelled \u2018More\u2019<\/li>
• Now go to Settings and click on Notifications & lead alerts<\/li>
• Check that Email and Push notifications are switched on<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Step 2: If Step 1 didn\u2019t work for any reason, uninstall and delete app<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  <\/div>\n\n\n\n

  • Go back to the \u2018More\u2019 section (on the last tab) and scroll to the bottom<\/li>
  • Tap \u2018Log out\u2019<\/li>
  • Head back to the home screen on your phone and delete the app, by following the relevant directions below:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    iPhone users<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Press the Trades app icon on your home screen until it starts to shake or a pop up menu appears (depending on what IOS version you are using)<\/li>
    • Click on the arrow in upper right corner or click \u2018Remove App\u2019 from the menu<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Android users<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Open the Google Play Store app<\/li>
      • At the top right, tap the profile icon<\/li>
      • Tap “Manage apps and devices” and then “Manage”<\/li>
      • Find the Rated People – Trades app and then Uninstall<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        This should have successfully deleted the app ready for you to reinstall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Go to the App Store<\/a> or the Google Play<\/a> store and download our Rated People: Trades app again. Once installed, log in and repeat Step 1 to enable push notifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Keep in mind, it could take a few hours for push notifications to start coming through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Step 3: contact Rated People<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
