how much would i expect to pay for existing patio slabs relaying as no drainage put in by man who first laid it and did bad job

It also depends on how the old pavers are fixed down. If they are natural stone they could be bedded on mortar which will involve a lot of work to take them up, clean them off, and then re bed them.
