From your question I assume you're a tradesman who is signed up to Rated People. All email notifications that experts signed up to Ask an Expert receive were been switched off, this happened this morning due to the high volumes of questions being asked. We will instead send a weekly question summary. If you are refering to job notifications, you can change or update how you receive your job lead alerts. To do this log in to your account and select ‘Edit job lead settings’ from your main ‘Job Lead’ screen and then click the ‘Alert Contact Preferences’ tab.
