I hired a Tradesmen to do a few things - such as Paint stair handrails. Paint kitchen ceiling, Sand and paint door frames, architraves and skirting,
Seal all doors, Remove and replace skirting on first floor landing for the correct profile to match the rest, Put upstand around fireplace, Address all the cracks on walls from movement of extension,
Add Tee bar to shower rooms, Replace loft door frame, Add Scotia around all wood flooring.
The Tradesmen kept delaying the work, he has only completed 90% of the work and taken the full payment. He has not returned to work, saying he has a mental breakdown, he is not answering his phone or replying to my messages.
