Hi Aline, storage heaters use off-peak electricity usually between midnight and 7am and have a separate consumer unit / fuse board. You will need some work done at the consumer units to move these circuits to the standard rate (day rate) consumer unit so that the new radiators will operate during the day and evening. If you are no longer using off-peak electricity for heating it will be more economical to change your contract with your electricity supplier as the day rate tends to be higher when off-peak is also supplied. If you have a hot water cylinder the lower heating element may be on the off-peak supply as well.
