Hi Raymond, the cable size depends on a calculation done by an electrician. To be safe I'd recommend a 10mm 3 core cable. But 6mm could be used depending on the length and cable route. 2.5mm is certainly too small. This will only handle 16 amps not 32amp. If you put a 32 amp breaker on a 2 5mm cable you'll most certainly burn it out almost straight away. And could cause a fire.
