About how much would it cost to have a hall carpet repaired? I dropped a hot iron on it, so roughly a foot sqare needs replacing. , I have a spare piece

hi dulcie it shouldnt cost a lot around 20 pounds i would think but the only thing to consider is the repair may not be invisible depending on what type of carpet it is and how old it is . thanks alan

Hi Dulcie It would probably be just a call out charge ranging from 25 to 40. Results will vary as well depending on age of carpet and style i.e. berber carpets are notoriously difficult to join. Also, you will probably find your spare carpet looks a lot different now from when it was first fitted. so colour match might be off. ta ally
