I need to put a proper wet floor cover over tiles that are not properly waterproof in my bathroom - approx size of new flooring - 35 sq feet. How much?

Ideally you would need to get back to the original floring to see if there is any damage done by the existing flooring not being waterproof It then depends on whether you require a wet room or just to have new tiles laid if you are after a wet room this requires the room to be tanked with a waterproof membrane which comes in a 2 stage pack and then tiled on top to your specification This would also invlove a new drain being installed 35 sq ft would be approxiametly be between £450 and £750 depending on floor preparation and finish ideally you require a site visit to measure and to give you independant advice regards Dave
