We have bay windows with tiles below.Our bedrm is very cold & drafty, we think it's coming through the gaps (can't see any).How do I ask for this to be mended?

Strip the tiles below and the batten and felt back to original and decide what is the most suitable insulation then fix new felt and battens before re-nailing the tiles back.

Strip off tiles, battens and felt, insulate as much as possible, then reinstate felt and tiles. Rgds Mick Nixon
