How much does it cost to put new batons, felt, and guttering Also to replace existing wood above gutter with upvc on a porch length 7 ft 4 in width 5ft 2 in

Yes, only a small job. No more than a days work. so £500 shounds about right. Though impossible to be accurate without a site visit.
