Our front door currently lets in a lot of cold air. We would like this to be fixed somehow.
Similarly, many of the other doors inside the house let in air. Although these may be more complicated to fix, as often the floor is slightly slanted at an angle. Perhaps some kind of draft exclusion material can be added underneath the doors?
f.28 error code. seems to be enough pressure and the gas is on, to the flat. also has enough pressure. Need to get it looked at asap.

Take up existing good tiles from a part in the first floor of the restaurant and replace around a dozen broken tiles downstairs in the restaurant.
These are wood effect tiles that are discontinued now . Involves carefully lifting up and bedding them back in
Also put hexagon Tile on missing part of floor where there was previously fixed booth seating as in picture.
All tiles are on site.
Looking for someone to provide a quote for full bathroom refurbishment. Everything will be staying in place aside from toilet and sink switching. Only structural work may be to shave off part of a small stud wall currently holding shower fixtures over bath, and fill in some holes in ceiling and in floor.
We have 2 x raised beds, one which needs designing and the other has some mature plants including rambling rose on a trellis. The trellis is falling down and needs replacing but we would like to rethink the whole area. Job would be to develop ideas for that area but also keeping privacy as roses provides privacy from neighbours. Potentially also install an area of decking.
Just looking give the boiler it’s annual service and the gas fire checked.

Just bought and moved into this property and the boiler is playing up so that it doesn't always immediately provide hot water for taps or heating. So far, if I fiddle with the controls a little or turn the taps on and off, it eventually fires up but I'm concerned it may soon pack in entirely. Looking for someone to come and fix it for us.
We would like to remove the pebbledash on our 1930s semi-detached property on the front wall only and smooth render it. We had a side and rear extension recently so all other walls are smooth rendered already. The front wall is approximately 5m or 6m high x 6m across. There are two large bay windows, an archway for the front door and a third upstairs window to render around. We are replacing all windows in around 6 weeks time so would like to render after that. Property is in Hanwell W7.
We have planning permission and plans to create an L shaped mansard roof conversion to the main rear roof including raising the ridge by 300mm, two roof lights to the front roofslope, extension above part of two-storey back addition, formation of roof terrace above two-stoery back addition with 1.7m high screen surround. The space will be made up of 2 additional bedrooms, a shower room and a roof terrace.
As well as the loft conversion we would like to alter the layout of the 1st floor 2 bed flat. We would like to move the kitchen to the master bedroom and knock down a wall to create open plan living. Then what was the kitchen, will become the master bedroom.

I would like to swop the position of the kitchen and the dining room. this would involve knocking down the dividing wall between the rooms. Water, waste, gas and electrics would be needed in the new kitchen. We also require a set of bi fold doors to be fitted where the old kitchen was situated replacing the kitchen window and back door.
