We would like our bathroom appearance to be improved- need the silicone removing and replacing but the gap is bigger than usual so we need someone who is able to handle that, the grouting needs a clean and is cracked in some places, we also have various spots where cut tiles have been covered over with silicone and look quite a mess
We have had a leak behind our bath coming from the shower down the wall where the sealant has come away. This has caused the floorboards under the bath to become damp and rotten away. This created a hole in the floor causing a leak to the kitchen ceiling which has been temporarily filled. We are currently looking at getting the bath replaced but want to flooring fixed before we can do this.
Cloakroom - replace old with new toilet and basin.
En suite- replace toilet, basin and shower. Remove old towel rail and replace with radiator in new location. Replace and move bidet. Instal shower panels inside cubical
No tiling required. Old electric shower to be replaced with thermostatic shower.

I have a dated bathroom. We want to install a shower( now there is a bath), a new basin, a toilet (that doesn't have power when it flushes) and change an old radiator for a towel one. I started to take tiles down and I will be tiling myself.
I have 2 bathrooms that need full refurbishment with removal of existing bathroom, rainfall shower(bathroom 1) and new bath(Bathroom 2-with tap in the middle), 2 basins fitted not pedastal, 2 extractor fans, large mirror in each bathroom with side lights and top lights, 2 close coupled toilets, tile the walls, tile the floors, install taps and a storage area. I have a specific picture which I can attached for exactly what I would like. The bath downstairs would be a bath/shower and a have a screen half way across the bath. Additionally tile the floor in the passage outside the bathroom and into the kitchen.
Also sand down 1 rooms floorboards and fit 2-3 ceiling fans.

Currently have a wet room in a 2 bed terrace house with toilet, basin and electric shower. Current bathroom needs to be removed and replaced with a decent quality bath suite (bath tub, new sink, new toilet), tile the floor (3m2) and tile the walls.
This is a tenanted property (good tenant, so want to provide a decent bathroom with decent finish).
