I have a 1 bed flat. The bedroom is quite big. I am looking to split this large bedroom into two and turn it into 2 bedrooms each with an en-suite shower. The bedroom already has a toilet and sink hence I assume plumbing/pipes already there. Will involve knocking a wall down and also putting in a dry partition wall (to separate the large bedroom into two)
The bathroom is large, and I want to turn this into a bedroom with an en-suite shower room too.
I would also like a downstairs W/C for guests.
I also want two walls knocked out in the flat, one to make a kitchen dinner and one to extend the windows, as there is currently 1 window, where there could be 5.
This is a top floor town house type property in Gravesend.
I also have a house half a mile down the road. There is a downstairs toilet, but I would like to include a shower. There is space next to the toilet to do this, but there is a wall in between so this will need to be knocked out.
The house: new bathroom.
We have a leak that is going through the ceiling and into the kitchen. We suspect that the shower needs resealing, and we know the bath next to it also needs resealing. As well as this we think that there may be a problem under the shower tray. So the job is basically to fix the leak and reseal the shower, and also reseal the bath as we think the run-off from the shower went down the side of the bath as well.
Check my electric shower fuse and if needs to be replaced and cost to replace it?I need to know the cost for electric shower replacement?

I have a bath with a shower above it. Water used to leak down the side of the bath. I have tried to re seal it myself about 12 month ago, but its starting to come away again, with water leaking down the side again when u have a shower. Old sealant needs pulling out, and resealing done professionally.
