The bathroom was recently fitted, but been getting drain smell from it and also the shower tray doesn’t drain very well. The shower needs to be replaced with an enclosure( it has a wet room panel at the moment).
My shower room measures approximately 4 ft 8ins wide and 10 ft long. It needs complete refurbishment, e.g floor and wall tiles, shower cubicle and sink to be taken out and replaced with new. The toilet doesn't need replacing. There is also a damp problem - and I believe there has been a leak which has caused damage to the wall between my shower room and hallway. I attach photos.
Back in the summer we had a bathroom leak which was traced to bathtub drainage seals. For an immediate fix the tiled panel was removed and now it needs reinstating.
We have the original tiles and wooden panel they were fixed to. The panel needs reattaching and tiles need relaying.

Hi. I am looking for a multi skilled plumber to assist in the refurbishment of a larger number of wetrooms in central Bristol.
Jobs involved would be 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, and the replacement of a plywood floor.
The rooms are very small but there is the potential of up to 1 years work for the right person.
sole traders only please. Must have a CSCS card.
To refurbish small bathroom (Shower cubicle, WC and basin) including some wall tiles and floor tiles.
To refurbish small separate WC and basin, plus wall tiles.
A small amount of ceiling plastering in small bathroom and painting required in both.
All materials and fittings supplied, quote for labour.
I want to change the sink, the shower and the toilet seat hinges. I will buy all the parts and just need someone to fit them in correctly.
My bathroom is very small, and if possible i'd like to change the flooring too.
I am looking to replace everything in bathroom. I currently have an old shower cubicle but want to install a bath suite with units and tile walls and flooring. I would appreciate any quotes for bathroom full refits. i have started taking old tiling off walls.
I'm in the process of changing my bathroom. I want someone to fit my new toilet, sink and bath/shower. I was going to attempt it myself but noticed the taps are different sizes and the feed for the bath comes up midway through the floor. I need the old fittings stripped out. The pipe work to be suitably adjusted for the new unit locations and hopefully the new units installed. I also have an old electric shower that I'd want removed which has pipe work in the loft.
Empty shell no bath or sink to remove Small bathroom with bath and sink to fit plus electric shower wiring in place for shower Already purchased sink taps waste bath panel taps and electric shower Small area of tilling and tiles needed
1st fix plumbing has been completed and tiling will be finished tomorrow. Ideally need the bathroom fitting towards the end of this week.
I need a full suit fitted that I have purchased. I bought a bath waste fitting but a different one will need to be used as the waste pipe couldn't be fitted under the floor.
Fixed shower - rigid Riser and bath spout

Looking to have the existing bath and shower ripped out and replaced with double shower. Supply and fit shower, toilet shower surround(include new tiling) Work on the flooring on the underside of the bath might be needed.
Bathroom is a general mess. Had a couple of leaks, previous fittings cheap and nasty. Need all taking out and replacing. Toilet needs moving away from the wall 6 inches or so as access is awkward. P bath, sink and toilet with built in units to hide untidy pipework is preferred.
New bath, sink, and toilet fitted. Waterwall on walls (around bath only), tiles removed/re-plastered and re-paint. New floor large tiles - 4 meters squared floor. New fan installed and ceiling re-plastered and painted. Heated towel rack fitted. Thanks.
Remove existing shower screen, tray and all wall lining and plasterboard - dispose of
Install water tank in loft above bathroom and connect to main water feed
Install new moisture resistant plasterboard and plastic wall lining
Install shower tray and screen and reconnect existing shower unit back to tank feed
Install new vanity unit
Check all plumbing on completion
