Water has got behind shower tiles and rotted wood and maybe even floor. Looking for whole shower repaired including replacing cement board, frame and tiles. Might be bigger if the water has got further.
Thanks a lot
Looking seriously to buy a house in Leyton E11. Budeting for fast offer - The whole place needs a total remod redec. Structurally looks sounds. Only one bathroom off a bedroom on first floor and a reconfig up there looks tricky so looking to replace tiny kitchen ground floor with a bathroom (with shower not bath). So cost to rip out kitchen and fit a shower loo basin tiling. The kitchen to be replaced with a bathroom is roughly 2.5 x 2.5m. Email comms best as travelling for work. Thank you!
Ground floor flat, small bathroom. Looking to sell flat but want to improve the look of bathroom. Looking to replace toilet and sink with combination unit (eg. Screw fix).
Ideally would like to replace bath with cheap white replacement. But don’t want to replace tiles. If damage to tiles is inevitable maybe we could take them from elsewhere in the bathroom.
Sink and toilet are the priority, would want to discuss if the bath is achievable.
It is a tidy up before selling job.
-To change the bath aound. So that taps will be on the other side
- to change the taps in the bath and the sink.
- shower screen fitting and some possible tiling.
-mirror caninet fitting
-new bath panels fitting.

We have mid height shower panels for a walk in shower for a disabled person and would like to replace the shower panels. The bathroom ceiling plaster has also cracked slightly so we would like to have that done too. I will supply the AKW panels but will need to confirm with you which ones to order based on measurements.
Removal of current sink and toilet
Fit basin and toilet vanity unit (comes in one piece)
Tile splash back above sink
Put up shower pipe rail
Fit vinyl flooring
Change old radiator for new one
I would need to get a new bathtub fitted in my small bathroom and then tiles or cork flooring put down on the floor (it might have to be reinforced with chipboard or ply first) the pipes need to be boxed in and walls painted. The bathroom is about 4 m2 in total.
Basically require a person to reptile around my bath panel as had to have it removed to check for a leak. Require it don't this Wed or Thursday am a tenant so not a lot of money do I have. WILL try and do my best last pic is kinda of what it looks like. Last guy when he took tiles off left it in a mess so was not very happy.
We are looking to completely refurbish our family bathroom and would like to invite you to provide a quote to fitting and supply materials (we are purchasing the replacement units ourselves such as free standing bath, taps, shower mixer, tiles, etc.)
The bathroom is broadly 2.5m x 4m and the property is approximately 110 years old and situated in MK6 (just north of Bletchley).
In summary, the work would include (i) strip out current bathroom suit, (ii) moving piping (iii) replaced floor (iv) add shaving socket and add wall lights, (v) build small stud wall, (vi) install new bath, toilet, walk in shower, radiator, sink unit (vii) tile floor and walls and fully water proof floor (viii) install new door and door frame (folding door), and (ix) decorate the non tiled area and add fixtures (shelves, towel rail, etc.)
If you would be interested in quoting then please let me know and we can arrange a convenient time for you to visit to explain in better detail what we are after.
