Hi, I would like tiling done (some)herringbone style above the sink area and brick effect wet areas only bath. I would like the floors tiled and a double sink vanity unit. I would like 4 spot lights in the bathroom fitted and painting to complete. I will provide all the materials. For labour I will pay £1200 the bathroom is not complicated and I believe the job would take 4 full days to complete. I am looking to get the job started asap ideally within 5 days of quote given so I can have materials delivered. I am not a time waster and do not want time wasters either please let me know from the beginning if the job can be completed within that price. kind regards James
I have a few jobs - stuck radiator thermostat (radiator not getting hot), leaking shower (possibly washer), cold water sink tap (nothing coming out), tap which drips for a second after being switched off but then stops, toilet cistern keeps running on odd occasions.
There is currently a separate toilet and bathroom which need knocking into one, removing old bath wash basin and toilet and replacing with shower and cubicle, wash basin and new toilet, retiling and making good.
upstairs bathroom in terrace house . we need a price for fitting a bath with taps and shower (fed from the taps ) with wall (tiled) mounted slider , fitting a sink with taps set on a vanity unit , also refit of existing toilet . we also require flooring replacing with lino already purchased and possible new floor as floorboards are warped (hopefully just mdf screwing on top of floorboards ) . finish off with sealant where required and if possible grout on existing tiles to be refreshed.
We have had a burst water pipe in the loft which has damaged our large on suite bathroom.
Work required is:-
Lights replaced (spot lights), ceiling replacing, walls skimmed, floor tiles need taking up, hardboard underneath replacing, then the tiles refitting, redecorating. Also need the dining room re-painting where water has come down the wall.
We are currently looking for a trusted tradesperson to complete the tiling under our sink (and fix the leak please) And to fit a wooden floor in there too.
It’s a small bathroom (just a shower unit,no bath)
And we have a small budget.
Please phone Denise if you think you could do this for us.
For now I would like a raised shower tray installed and a shower, (pipe work will need to be altered slightly from previous shower)
Once plastered the vanity, toilet and shower screen can be fitted.
Hello I would like to find out if it practical to install en suite bathrooms. The property is semi detatched and has a batroom at the rear upstairs and a bathroom downstairs that I also towards the rear but not exactly at the rear. I can provide floor plans for the property. I would be looking to install up to 4 en suites, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. I am budgeting right now and if there is an experienced bathroom fitter that can advise on this and recommend where to buy the bathroom from I would be happy to get you to fit them.
Thanks very much.
