Clive Rainford Homes Ltd. is an executive house builder in Saddleworth, Oldham. Our current development is based in Kiln Green, Diggle. We currently have 2 houses left to build one at the chamber level and one that has just had it's slab poured.
We require a bricklayer (preferably a bricklaying gang) to take on the house at slab level. The construction is block on the interior with stone on the exterior, with the house being spread over two and a half floors, incorporating 6 bedrooms.
There is approximately sixty days work to be done on this house covering >400m^2 stone and blockwork.
Is this something that you would be able to help us with?
If so please get in touch with me to discuss the details.

Brickwork to the front elevation is bonded using black ash mortar which can lead to premature failure of wall ties. Cracking was evident to a number of brickwork courses. You should obtain a Report on the condition of the cavity wall ties undertaking any remedial works found necessary. Affected areas of cracked brickwork will require repointing.
Ventilation beneath the timber ground floor is inadequate and additional air bricks or grilles are required.
Re-point mid terrace due to damp in property. House is stone fronted, brick at rear. The house has a small front garden so not straight on to the pavement. Garden directly to rear too. House is also one door from the alley way so easy access to rear.
