Original garden pillar was leaning over, so was disassembled for safety but now needs to be rebuilt. We want to use as much of original brick as possible to match 2 other pillars in the garden. Pillar approx 5' high, 16" wide. Also, low level wall either side needs 1 course fixing back in place. Unlikely any additional material required other than cement.
We recently had a faux lintel fall down and also have numerous mortar bees holes (see attached pictures) which we would like patching. Our building is a barn conversion of mainly stone and (I believe) lime mortar construction.
There's some re-pointing work that needs completing at the back of the house at low level. It doesn't look like a big job at all. A brick or two may need replacing, though I have some which may be able to be used for this. Thanks a lot
My back garden is across 4 levels, the lowest is level is block paving - I've removed decking from the second level and will be laying turf. The steps from the lowest level to the second level are concrete but uneven and I'd like them built up with brick and stone pavers. The steps from the second to the third level were wooden and rotten, I've taken them out, I'd also like to replace these with brick and stone pavers. I'd also like a raised brick flower bed built on the second level. I'm also considering changing the bricks on the top of the lowest retaining wall as some have crumbled.
We need a small L-shaped wall with a step down to the level of the back alley a small step from back door level down to yard level.

part 1 = garden retaining wall has shifted and cracked with all rain, about 8ft high not thick enough. no drainage holes. needs demolition and rebuilding
part 2 - front wall needs soldier course on top of wall replacing
part 3 - raised area around back of garage - retaining wall made of sleepers, needs to be replaced with bricks in same style as 1 above.

Scaffolding will be required and a quote is also needed to cover this at the same time as the quote for the works.
buying a house and we've had the report back to say there is damp on the back wall. externally there is an old chimney which is causing the damp, we need to have the mortar repointed in sections as we've had masonry bees in the wall and I think we need to chimney re-capping as well. we have a few sections of the roof with exposed verges which could also do with repointing too.
the house is a 2 storey house to give you an idea of height and access to the top floor/roof for chimney
haven't bought the house yet so we don't have keys but estate agent does have keys and their office is 2 mins away from house so nice and simple. Jus need a quote for now but once the purchase is complete we want this work doing straight away

To re build old garden wall using reclaimed bricks in same style as current wall. Wall is currently unstable so will be taken down and bricks cleaned up ready for re use. Wall is approx 9 metres in length and 2 metres high, the floor level is higher on one side than the other. We are keen to maintain the charm and style of the wall.
Garden Wall rebuilding fell on due to storm.
it is 7 meter long and 1.70 meter high .
it does not need foundation work just need to brick-lay on top of existing foundation which is solid.
Existing Brick can be used by removing the cement layer from it and I will order new bricks where they are broken or damaged.
