We are looking for someone to come and make and fit around the bed fitted wardrobes in a double bedroom. We have ideas but there is some bit of creativity needed to be done as there is a chimney stack (6 inches out) from the wall which would need to be worked around.

I am a competent DIY'er and able to remove the old stairs. My concern is that the investment into the new stairs is a once in a lifetime item and we want it done correctly. I am able to remove the old stairs and help with the new stairs installation. They are straight flight (13 steps) attached to the wall on one side. We just need someone to do the install and get it right. We have the new stairs already onsite and will be in a position to install from the 19th March 2018.
Build book case - floor to ceiling - L-shaped [along 2 walls] and around a double door. There could be further work also, fitting a number of internal doors and possibly a fitted wardrobe. The bookcases are first however. The budget is for the bookcases, not any follow on commissions.
Rear double door to building. Hinges have rusted on one side of the doors and two hinges have broken completely. The door is secure but unusable until fixed. Needs to have all the hinges removed and replaced so it can be re hung and returned to use.

I need a specialist to put laminate flooring on the ground floor of my house (ca 35msq) - that includes entrance, living room, corridor and dining room.
The old carpet and laminate need to be removed first.
We have an old staircase with an unsafe balustrade.
It is a typical stairs from ground to first floor, with an L shape corner at the top.
We are not sure whether to get a balustrade installed or change the whole stairs.
