I am looking to see if I can get a quote for hanging some internal doors - we would supply the doors and fittings for down stairs and then ask if they could possibly 'shave' the bottom of the door to allow it to close better
As a new floor has been installed I need some doors to be adjusted. I also have new handles and some locks which need to be installed. Further to this, some locks need to be adjusted/installed properly and I also need to install? some beams around the kitchen and inside some wardrobes.
The floor under the bath needs to be replaced and the whole in the ceiling repaired. I also need a quote for replacement worktop and laminate flooring. This is an insurance claim for putting right damage following a water leak.
I have two alcoves either side of chimney breast that I would like to have shelved out with fitted doors in order to use as storage in my son's playroom.
I also have 3 existing internal wooden doors that to not close properly and would like them adjusted.
Need a joiner/plumber/handyman/gardener for odd jobs. One man band - no big companies please. Would like to pay £18 per hour for 4/5 hours per day slots selected on request. Will need to take references of 2/3 people for which recent work has been done. References are important. This will suit someone in between work projects on an ad-hoc basis. Flexible mutually agreed slots. Potential for a lot of work over several months. Phone references will need to be provided - 2 to 3.
I have a large fitted wardrobe in my bedroom (3 door) which I can't use to hang clothes due to the terrible and shallow design. I need a new wooden wardrobe fitted with a rail so I can hang clothes and I'd like sliding doors with one mirrored panel.
Can you help?
