To fit a new carpet (which I can supply) to the hall, landing and stairs of a mid 19th century house in Marchmont, south of the Meadows in Edinburgh. The staircase is curved at both top and bottom, with 15-20 steps (not home so can't count them!).
Job must be complete by end of Tuesday next week. It is possible to start at the weekend.
We are replacing our bathroom and need a new floor. We have an bathroom fitter but require a specialist Amtico floor fitter to work alongside. The scope is:
- Bathroom floor
- Amtico Design Choice Signature - Small Parquet
- Boarding, leveling, and adhesive required
I recently had my laminate floor fitted and sadly two areas have began lifting and this is due to a small space being left for the expansion gap.
I’m aware that I simply need my beading lifted and the edges trimmed. I will also need beading fitted back down and a cupboard fitted with beading too.
Would like the floor in the conservatory listed approx 1 inch and then engineering flooring laid in the conservatory and lounge and hall way.
Potential heated flooring in conservatory but depends on cost.
Looking to get this done sooner rather than later.
I need a quote to sand the floorboards on my upstairs landing and stair treads to remove old paint which could be lead based (unsure how to tell so don’t want to attempt myself as it’ll need to be done by a pro).
Supply 6mm plywood, adhesive etc to fit PolyFlor Secura flooring in two rooms:
Room 1: 2300*4200mm
Room 2: 4200*4200mm (hot weld required to join multiple strips)
I have the PolyFlor Secura product already (Herringbone finish). Looking for someone to supply plywood and all other materials.
