Floorboards under a carpet in the bathroom have swollen up and broken a tile on the bath side panel.
I am reluctant to remove the panel to investigate in case there is a major problem that causes the bath to move if the panel is disturbed.
Although the carpet is dry I have found a leak from under the bath that has rotted some of the floorboards.
The extent of the wood rot cannot be determined without removing the bath panel and possibly, the bath.
The problem needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
I need to organise my garage contents, but before I can tidy it up I need to have storage solutions fitted. For example wall fittings (to hang bikes / ladders on) wall-secured shelving (for paint pots/spare tiles etc) . I want as much garge contents that can go on the wall to BE on the wall. So I don't need someone to tidy it up as I can do that myself, but I DO need someone to fit the necessary storage solutions.
I require the removal of a bath shower screen and the installation of a new fixed shower screen.
I will supply the replacement shower screen
I only have a small window of 2 days available for the job, Friday 25th January and Saturday 26th January.
Can you please provide a quote and if you are available for those days.
We're in the top floor flat of a house.
I want some old rubble and other bits cleared out of the attic, then the whole thing insulated. Then I'd like wooden panels to be put in place along a section of it, so we can use it for storage.
I'm also having the electrics fixed up there, so will need to consult on the best order to do things. Start date depends on that.
I want to move my American fridge freezer to the living room to create space in the kitchen, this means replumbing in and drilling a Hole in the living room wall in order to connect up.
We also would like a spice rack putting on the wall. I have been quoted £55 for both previously.
