Window lock needs to be fixed so that we can open it!
Window has push-in lock to allow opening, but pushing in the button doesn't let handle turn as it should.
We don't have the key for that window.
Window is a living room one that opens outward.
1st floor flat, so no outside access.
Window is the right-hand one in the pic.
My tenant decided to kick the door down when he left his key inside the flat, so now the door needs replacing. There are 3 locks in the old door - only one of them works. So the new door needs at least two locks total - reusing the functioning one if possible. Would like a door with panels on it and a posting slot/flap but not too fancy/expensive. The tenant will be paying for it. It's the front door to 1st floor flat in tenement block of 8 flats in Shettleston. Are you still able to work during this 'lockdown'? Just a single guy is living there - he's very clean and tidy (will keep distance) and happy if someone can fix the door as soon as possible, as it's not secure. Thank you!
