One of our DEA electric gates is stuck open but you can hear the motor doing something and the other only opens sometimes, other times it may only open a little. From what I could see, the control box is a DEA Articolo 202E/3 and the motors are "Ghost 200 Rev, 6" but look slightly different and have different codes (621040 and 621000).

Make or source a gate lockable from both sides to prevent access to stairs by an old person at night. The gate must be lockable from both sides and will be sited between two stud walls at the foot of the stairs. The width between the walls is 101cm, and the stairs are recessed between the walls by 114cm. If possible, the material should match the existing white metal banister of the stairs.
We have been let down by another company who have left our metal handrail and metal/glass balcony unfinished. Most of the work is completed and maerials are on site but we are looking for a quote to fix/finish the job. Examples of some of the work required in photos below.
