have 2 electric gates one operates as normal. the other side does not it opens and then swings back to closing position when it should stay open for 1 min then both gates should close together.
see link for the video for better understanding.
Our job isn't technically a roof - it is an Anderson bomb shelter. There is one in our garden that needs some patches and rust removal and a new coat of paint before we can set it up as a playhouse for our children.
We are in the process of buying a house in Pontcysyllte and we require a gate and railings as part of the existing railings are missing and there are some steps without a gate at the top and I have two small children.
I have can send a pic of the current gate, the gap where we need a gate and the current railings style. I’ve no idea what these are made from and don’t mind what the new gate and railings are made from as long as they match, loosely.
The gap in the railings is around 15ft and the new gate needs to be around 4-5ft in width.
Ideally, we would need this ASAP as we are due to complete in a month!
I’ve contacted a bricklayer as there will be some brickie work beforehand to make good the current wall. But if you could bricklay too that would be ideal.
Can you take me a look and let me know if this is something you can help us with please?

hello or wardrobe rail is sagging it?s a beautiful antique wardrobe which mean finding a centre bracket to install is quite tricky as the pole is approx 15 cm from the roof and all the brackets I have found aren?t longer than 10cm! is it possible to have a bespoke centre bracket made?
