Hello I would like to find out if it practical to install en suite bathrooms. The property is semi detatched and has a batroom at the rear upstairs and a bathroom downstairs that I also towards the rear but not exactly at the rear. I can provide floor plans for the property. I would be looking to install up to 4 en suites, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. I am budgeting right now and if there is an experienced bathroom fitter that can advise on this and recommend where to buy the bathroom from I would be happy to get you to fit them.
Thanks very much.
Looking to have a set of border tiles fitted around the the bath and for it to be resealed. there is also a row of tiles to be fitted around the edge of the bath on the floor. Then to tidy up a border on some tiles I put up myself around the sink... Turned out a little messy!

I'm looking for an electrician to help with a few things in our bathroom. Due to some damp damage, we will have to make some changes to our bathroom in early 2019 on an insurance claim. We will be retiling/plastering the bathroom so we'd like to install an extractor fan at this time too. Can you quote for this?
When our boiler was recently inspected last month, the operative noticed that the boiler had been incorrectly wired underfloor so that the switch for hot water and heating did not work correctly. Since we are taking up the floor due to damp damage, we'd like to get the boiler correctly wired at the same time - is this something you can do?
The technical language from the boiler engineer states:
Potterton promax combi 28he a
Selector switch is wired up wrong can’t stop boiler firing in summer only mode when there’s a demand. Power out of boiler has been taken from a different source rather than boiler.
Basically the thermostat should have a “switch live” power supply from the boiler but has a “permanent live” from another supply. This means the boiler is not controlling the demand for heat properly.
Does that sound possible? What would you quote for this?
We are also wondering if another light can be added to the bathroom ceiling, and how much would this cost? (There is currently one hanging bulb, and we'd like one more in the same style).
Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
I am looking to purchase a house in kirknewton however home report indicates damp in two cupboards and wet rot on one outside window frame, would be wonderful to get a professional to look at this and quote repairs so My offer is appropriate to any work that's required to fix the problem. I live in a a block of flats that is almost 10 years old. Each flat has a extractor fan system with vents in each bathroom and the kitchen. The extractor is on 24hrs and has no isolation switch, it's not clear is this is deliberate or if builders just forgot to connect it (there are several examples of this throughout the property). The fan has gotten considerably louder over time.
The job? I would like an isolation switch so I can chose to turn the fan off when not in use. There is a switch in my kitchen that may have been intended for this but I am open ideas on how this is done.
Possibly a separate job but I would also like the fan base unit inspected to understand why it has become so loud.
