Fix a T junction fitting on the hot tap under the bath.
Recently fitted only in May but already leaking, I would like a proper copper fitting, not rubber.
Dripping tap in kitchen repaired.
Toilet seat fitting repaired
Free standing dishwasher - it will need to be linked to the sink which further away, I have a lengthy connection cable but not sure if it would do. Would require a hole to link to the sink and a connection adaptor
Newly installed radiator installed onto old pipework, the water feed to the radiator has started a weeping slow continious leak. Tried to stem the drip with evostik putty but does not look like it worked.
The required pipes are there but not the electrics (I have a temporary extension cable as we’re planning to redo kitchen in new year) so will need to run that through units under sink. Am also concerned at stopcock age so rather me go at it with a hammer, I waned an expert.
I have a twin push button control shower valve fitting that has stopped providing cold feed. I have been shown how to take unit apart to check if its furred up (doubtful as only a few months old) or the thermostat needs replacing which if its that its covered under guarantee. I don't have tools and need fixing asap
I had a new filament and timer fitted to my hot water tank in Feb. The water is no longer heating but the timer still appears to be working so I can only think it is the filament as nothing else has changed/moved/happened.
I would also be interested in a quote to change the tank to a boiler in the future,
The toilet has always been slow to refill, I replaced a part in the toilet a couple months ago and it had been working fine till yesterday where it has stopped flushing. Would like to get it fixed asap.

Hot water - heating
I don't have hot water from my taps. Radiators are heating up.
Make of boiler: Baxi
Additional information: Only getting like warm water in the taps and shower.
Pilot light firing and then going off repeatedly.
Heating seems ok.
Currently once flushing the toilet, a strange sound persists for a long time. This seems to be somehow linked with the water replenishing in the tank. Also, I fear that the pump of the washing machine might be broken as the laundry sometimes has a foul smell after washing.
My boiler pressure keeps dropping and frequently needs the pressure topping up. The boiler was brand new last year so I believe it is a leak somewhere in the system. Looking for a quote to ascertain what this might cost to fix. Thanks
Avocado suite to replace. Avocado tiles to replace/cover.
We might use Renew Bath and shower after retiling.
Soil pipe joint leaks in awkward position behind toilet. Mains pressure non-electric shower and bath are fed via heat pump. Bath taps to be removed and shower-tap mixer to be fitted. Historic leak from original shower tiling damaged ceiling below. Access to damage under shower. Floor boards need levelling and recovering with appropriate flooring.
