I would like a quote for installation of a new hot water cylinder which I already have the only thing stopping me is the connecting pipes need adjustment in order to fit the new tank as the old tank was rectangular and the new one is a cylinder. I can remove the old water tank if that will save on cost .
Replace WC, basin and make room nice.
It will need painting and tidying up and the contractor to provide the sanitary ware and taps although these do not need to be v expensive...maybe only £500 ...thanks
When the old washing machine was removed it was full of water that had come from the kitchen sink, on closer inspection the lowest pipe under kitch sink was connected to the washing machine.
What we want doing is the pipework under sink redone properly.
We have had a power shower put in and we have been told we need a water pump for the hot and cold feed that is at least 1.5 bar fitted in order for it to work correctly.
We would like the price for one installed.
1) Repair the water flushing on two toilet tanks
2) Adjust the pipes under the kitchen sink
3) Replace the shower head
4) Check few radiators and perhaps let the air out as they don't seem to get warmed up as they should do
Ensuite toilet blocked. Seemed fine on Tuesday morning when I left for work, but on returning home there was "floater", flushed toilet and bowl filled up before slowly draining away, have poured 2 bottles of Mr Muscle kitchen, some improvement but definitely still blockage somewhere. Prefer someone who is available either Tuesday or Friday
I am thinking about moving a radiator in my bedroom from 1 wall to another. I have no idea about how much the job will cost, so at this stage I am just after a ballpark figure or worst case scenario. I am getting my bedroom redone and if I can fit this into the budget I would like it to happen. The earliest the work will take place is November.
Old bathroom suite out, new bathroom suite put in, bath out, walk in shower put in, new shower (hot and cold water supply), sink and toilet out, new one installed but sink has moved also radiator out and new hand rail put in so the pipe will need to be moved
I have a water under floor heating system and one loop doesn't seem to be heating efficiently. Not sure it ever has since I moved here. Would like this looked at and the system serviced in time for winter.
