Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Matt was very patient in explaining the system and the options and explained they try to source products locally. The service felt personal and was made to feel like a valued customer. A very good experience. We had a double socket replaced and another installed in a different part of the room which required going through a wall. Job completed quickly and was just what we wanted with the room left very tidy. We were given a maximum price for the work and it came in significantly lower. Overall excellent
