Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.

Robert did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom, including dealing with unexpected mould and finding solutions that worked for me e.g. installing a dimmer switch as I am very sensitive to light and standard bathroom lights are too bright for me. He was very professional and clearly has a lot of experience as well as pride in his work. He was respectful of our home, very reliable and very hard working. I’d have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for someone to do a great job.

Just found another leak around the shower fittings which is running onto the shower tray and adding damp so I cannot add sealant to the tray/tile joint. Can't use the shower that is less than a year old - further poor shoddy workmanship. When he last came to fix something he said he wouldn't be in the area again. I retract any previous recommendations.

Fantastic team of Ioan and his colleague Alberto. Both are hardworking and always come on time. They usually don't apply any shortcuts and use quality material. We had few hick-ups but they always got things resolved and try to make sure I am happy. They completed the job and missed to do some finishing touches for which they came and completed, regarding plumbing where radiator or boiler related stuff is concerned, I think they require some improvement, ideally GAS safe certificate. Will hire again.

I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner.
