Valentino has done a fantastic job of bathroom and kitchen refurbishment. He has delivered what he had promised no hidden charges and no false promises. Very reliable and soft spoken. He uses the best material in the market so quality of product is very good. He did the facia as well which is also of very good specifications. Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Overall a great experience from start to finish,we highly recommend Chris and would use him again.
