Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

I am totally disappointed with this plumber. I believed him to be decent and honest. He quoted me to replace a shower pump and associated pipe work. I asked him to fit a Surry flange but he advised me that a Warix flange would be better for my configuration. Long story short, he messed up and I had to pay for a new cylinder tank. He also had to return the same day to cap a pipe he had left leaking. I was left without hot water for 2 weeks. He fitted the pump but it stopped working after a month.

On reflection and having had time to reflect while the 2 jobs were completed I surveyed the working area later and realised cleaning up or even being prepared to was something that James could improve upon as wire, pieces of wood, discarded lighting rose left on top of my freezer was just a flavour- not to mention the outside light stopped working a day after, then did, then stopped again… and despite assurances he would be back sat or Sunday you guessed it no show…not be using again??????????
