Chris was excellent from start to finish. From the first very discussion where he advised us on the best design and components etc. he came back multiple times as we were confirming tiles and construction and always explained clearly the process with Attention to detail. He accommodated our timescale, completing two bathrooms whilst we were on holiday, meaning zero mess and great bathrooms when we returned. Just found another leak around the shower fittings which is running onto the shower tray and adding damp so I cannot add sealant to the tray/tile joint. Can't use the shower that is less than a year old - further poor shoddy workmanship. When he last came to fix something he said he wouldn't be in the area again. I retract any previous recommendations.

Incredible transformation. Gary worked tirelessly to completely refit the old, tired and alarmingly orange bathroom in my ex-rental house - tiling, shower, sink, toilet, the lot... Delighted with the result, looks great and very high quality workmanship. I feel like I'm in a hotel! I then tagged on a job finishing the decorating in the rest of the house, again very pleased. I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard.
