Ollie promptly carried out the work for me as described. We had some subsequent dramas post installation, which were not caused by Ollie, but one of those things! Bit he was still available in the evening when I needed him to help me resolve that issue, which was a great help and avoided an unhappy tenant being left without heating and hot water. I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. They also liaised well with their fellow tradespeople for any floor fitting or electrical work that needed doing. I was very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with Tim and his son. Worked efficiently and without the need for a loud radio on - so important for me! My dog was a bit of pickle but they coped well and worked around her. Also met my husband's demanding criteria for the bathroom towel rail. Will definitely reuse Tim for our kitchen.

Andrew was extremely professional and actually went beyond what he was contracted to do. I live in the US so couldn’t supervise the work in person but Andrew not only provided me written updates of progress but also attached pictures with clear descriptions.
