Excellent job done on 2 bathrooms, they look great! Tiler Mike was meticulous, and also made most cuts outside to keep the mess to a minimum, even though more time consuming and tiring for him, a pleasure to have in the house. Damian was concientious and always available to discuss progress and any additions we wanted . Mark, the plumber and electrician was hardworking , helpful and knowledgeable. Altogether a good team and a great job completed at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.
I would highly recommend Capline fencing. Gareth is a friendly, honest & hard working guy and he did an excellent job installing a new fence in my back garden. I would definitely use Gareth again for any fencing!

His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. In association with the garden designer he recommended to us (Bo Cook of Alitura) he transformed the garden from a modest patch of lawn and borders into a work of art. He started on time (when the winds were blowing at hurricane force) and completed the work on time, keeping us fully informed all the way. We cannot recommend Matt too highly.

Daniel did an excellent job. There were a few issues with the base he was covering coming through the paint but this didn't cause Daniel a problem. If I'd been doing the decorating I would have been stuck, Daniel knew exactly which products were needed where and completed the job to a high standard.
