Jamie and his colleague did an excellent job for us. (April ) They supplied and painstakingly fitted six internal doors, fitted a new garage side door and mended our back gate. Arrived promptly and were extremely polite courteous and tidy - working with barely a break for two days! Excellent price. BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.
The gentleman arrived promptly just before Easter. Got our system to work temporatily over the holiday as we were expecting company while we were waiting for the parts to arrive. Returned fitted them as promised. He was very proffesional, prompt and did come when he made an arangement to do so. Five stars on all counts

Easy to arrange the initial visit even on a weekend. Arrived early but apologised. Instantly quoted for the job with different options and explained each of them very well. Was able to carry out the repair job there and then and even tidy up some loose/redundant cables too. Would definitely use again if anything else crops up in the future.

From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more.
