Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Job completed October but by November asked for them to comeback as new sink put in was leaking badly and blocked - not flowing out but doing well coming up from the washing machine…all connected. Said would be back, didn’t. Rang from my night shift no answer even though he was using What’s app…now paying again for what they didn’t come back and sort out. Also, 2 cupboard doors came off their hinges, new tap had to be tightened, was v lose… and yes, I could easily have had my Belfast sink put in too Hoti.

Scott was very professional, prompt and courteous. Very clean and tidy work with attention to detail and minimum disruption. The job included complete new installation of centre light and switch with a new consumer unit to replace an aged wired fusebox. Despite there being an unknown electrical fault from many years ago Scott was able to deliver on time and to the agreed budget. He was also able to advise on recommended upgrades. My wife and I would have no hesitation in using him in the future.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
