The quote was very reasonable ( the cheapest of three quotes we received to do the job). He made the effort to come when it was convenient for us and did the job as we wanted in the time that he said it would take, Overall I was very happy with the results and Theo was a friendly, helpful person. A real find if I have more jobs in the future he will be the first person I will contact if he can't do it he knows lots of trades that he would recommend but he did do all of the 30 plus small jobs I asked him to do plus his rates are very reasonable.
