Excellent service right from the go - qoute was quick, giving options, clear on starting dates, etc. Punctual start, working diligently, keeping clean and always with positive outlook! Chose to rebuild the full stairs in the end and would recommend Ivan full heartedly for any one needing similar projects.

Tips for future: Please do not go over dirty silicone with new ones without cleaning or removing the old ones. In future always provide your customers with a written quotation specifying the work. Always make sure to place a rag on the floor to protect surface and its very important to clean up afterwards.
